Whatsapp messaging services provider has now proclaimed to cost business consumers on account of some services it offers.
In accordance with the statement promulgated by WhatsApp, the service provider has decided to “cost business consumers against the few services” to carry out establishing a business of their own as app plans to offer and expand free end-to-end encrypted text, video, and voice calling for more than two billion people.
The statement further declares that “We’ve offered the WhatsApp Business app and WhatsApp Business API to help out businesses of all sizes deal with their chats. We’ve listened to feedback on what’s worked and believe WhatsApp can help make messaging the best way for customers and businesses to connect,”
Describing that the worldwide pandemic has made obvious that businesses required fast and efficient ways to service the social media users and make sales, WhatsApp informed that over 175 million people every day message a WhatsApp Business account.
The app provider also informed that the extra experiences on WhatsApp will meet a real need for many people and businesses whether they are around the corner or across the world.
“We understand that most people will carry on to make use of WhatsApp simply to communicate with friends and family, which is why we will keep developing great new features and protect people’s private conversations.”
