
Foreign Office summoned a senior Indian diplomat on Sunday to register Pakistan’s strong protest over ceasefire violations by Indian occupation forces along the LOC Saturday, causing in serious injuries to one innocent civilian.
As per the statement of Foreign Office Spokesperson Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri apprised due to indiscriminate and unprovoked firing by the Indian occupation forces in the Rakhchikri Sector of the Line of Control, a 19-year-old boy, resident of Village Kirni, received serious injuries.
He intimated the Indian occupation forces along the LOC and the Working Boundary have been constantly targeting civilian populated areas with artillery fire, heavy-caliber mortars, and automatic weapons.
During the current year, India has committed 2158 ceasefire breaches so far, causing in 17 Martyrs and serious injuries to 168 innocent civilians.
